Exchange and Return Policy

At Geevani Jewels, every piece is crafted with care and precision. Due to the delicate and premium nature of jewellery, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on purchased products.

However, we do offer exchange options under the conditions mentioned below.


2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Size issues (if applicable)

Exchange Request Timeline:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

Customers may be required to share clear images or videos for verification.


3. Refund Policy (Only in Case of Damage)

Refunds will be processed only if the product is received in a damaged condition, subject to strict verification.

To qualify for a refund:

  • A clear 360-degree unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

    • The damaged product clearly visible

  • The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

If the required 360-degree unboxing video is not provided within 24 hours, the claim will not be accepted.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Claims made without proper unboxing video proof

  • Requests raised after the stated timelines


5. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is due to a verified damaged or incorrect product.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
